All services provided include a single set of false lashes in addition to makeup application

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments (value to be advised by Royal Rivers Makeup). Appointments are not confirmed until booking fee is received and failure to pay booking fee in a timely manner may result in the loss of the requested appointment date/time. 

Booking Fees are accepted via Credit Card at www.royalriversmakeup.com online booking system. Payment of booking fees via bank transfer or cash is also permitted with prior approval from Royal Rivers Makeup. 

Booking Fees are non-refundable and cancellation of (or non-arrival to) the appointment by the client will result in forfeiture of the booking fee with the exception of appointments cancelled by Royal Rivers Makeup

In the unlikely event that there is a booking conflict in the Royal Rivers Makeup system the client will be contacted to make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment for a suitable time. In the event that a new booking time is unable to be agreed upon with the client the appointment will be considered cancelled by Royal Rivers Makeup with booking fee to be refunded. 

In the unlikely event that Royal Rivers Makeup is required to cancel an appointment the client is entitled to a refund of the booking fee (with the exception of the conditions and circumstances listed in these terms & conditions). Royal Rivers Makeup and its artists are in no way liable for any loss or damages that may occur due to the cancellation of an appointment by Royal Rivers Makeup and its employees/artists. 

Booking Fees ensure that the appointment date and time are reserved for your booking and any requested change to this booking may result in the forfeiture of all/part of the booking fee at the sole discretion of Royal Rivers Makeup.

Refunds will incur a $10.00 admin processing fee per person/per appointment 

Appointments are booked strictly for the time indicated and appointments are back-to-back without additional time in-between. Late arrival by the client will result in a shortened amount of time available for the makeup service and results may suffer as a result. Arrival later than 15 minutes after the booking time may be considered a cancellation of the appointment by the client with no refund offered on booking fee. It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your appointment. 

Royal Rivers Makeup may use photos taken before, during or after the makeup application on social media accounts and on its website. Please advise your artist if you do not wish your photos/image to appear on these platforms. 

It is the responsibility of the client to alert Royal Rivers Makeup in advance of any health conditions that may be relevant to your appointment (e.g. allergies). Failure to advise Royal Rivers Makeup in advance may result in the cancellation of your appointment and non-refund of booking fee. Royal Rivers Makeup assumes no responsibility or liability for complications or loss that occur due to the client’s failure to inform Royal Rivers Makeup of their health conditions. 

It is the responsibility of the client to alert Royal Rivers Makeup in advance of any skin conditions or contraindications that may impact the artist’s ability to provide makeup services or may contaminate the artist's equipment. Royal Rivers Makeup reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time due to these conditions and failure to advise Royal Rivers Makeup in advance will result in non-refund of booking fee. 

Royal Rivers Makeup does not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour to its staff or clients. Any display of abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour (including alcohol intoxication) will immediately result in the cancellation of the booking and non-refund of booking fee.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is also considered acceptance of the COVID-19 Policies of Royal Rivers Makeup

Payment of booking fee is deemed as acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
