All services provided include a single set of strip lashes in addition to makeup application.

Age Policy
Royal Rivers Makeup specialises in makeup services for clients aged 16 years and over. If an appointment is being requested on behalf of a client under 16, the booking party must contact Royal Rivers Makeup via the General Enquiries form prior to booking to confirm whether services can be provided. Appointments booked without prior approval for clients under 16 may be declined or cancelled in accordance with these terms.

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is received, and failure to pay the booking fee in a timely manner may result in the loss of the requested appointment date and/or time.

Booking fee payment may be made via the www.royalriversmakeup.com online booking system with an accepted credit or debit card. Payment of booking fees via bank transfer or cash is also permitted with prior approval from Royal Rivers Makeup.

Booking fees are non-refundable, and cancellation of (or non-arrival to) the appointment by the client will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, with the exception of appointments cancelled by Royal Rivers Makeup.

Payment no less than 7 days prior to the appointment date is required for all mobile/travel bookings.

Royal Rivers Makeup reserves the right to require advance payment for any booking, to be determined at the sole discretion of Royal Rivers Makeup management.

In the unlikely event that there is a booking conflict within the Royal Rivers Makeup system, the client will be contacted and all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment to a suitable time. If a new booking time cannot be agreed upon, the appointment will be considered cancelled by Royal Rivers Makeup and the booking fee will be refunded.

In the unlikely event that Royal Rivers Makeup is required to cancel an appointment, the client is entitled to a refund of the booking fee (with the exception of the conditions and circumstances listed in these Terms & Conditions). Royal Rivers Makeup and its artists are not liable for any loss or damages that may occur due to cancellation of an appointment by Royal Rivers Makeup or its employees/artists.

Booking fees ensure that the appointment date and time are reserved. Any requested changes to a booking may result in forfeiture of all or part of the booking fee at the sole discretion of Royal Rivers Makeup.

Refunds will incur a $10.00 administration processing fee per person, per appointment.

Appointments are booked strictly for the time indicated and are scheduled back-to-back without additional buffer time. Late arrival will result in a reduced service time and may affect the final result. Arrival more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation by the client, with no refund of the booking fee. Clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment start time.

Royal Rivers Makeup may use photos taken before, during, or after makeup application for marketing purposes, including social media and website use. Clients must advise their artist if they do not consent to their image being used.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Royal Rivers Makeup in advance of any relevant health conditions (including allergies). Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee. Royal Rivers Makeup assumes no liability for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

Clients must also disclose any skin conditions or contraindications that may impact the artist’s ability to provide services or that may contaminate equipment. Royal Rivers Makeup reserves the right to cancel appointments due to these conditions, and failure to disclose may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Royal Rivers Makeup does not tolerate abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or clients. Any such behaviour (including alcohol intoxication) will result in immediate cancellation of the booking or appointment, with no refunds provided.

For travel bookings, suitable parking must be provided within reasonable proximity to the appointment location. Street parking is acceptable provided it does not require the artist to move their vehicle during the appointment. Any parking costs incurred are the responsibility of the client.

Royal Rivers Makeup reserves the right to apply surcharges for credit card processing fees in accordance with Australian law.

Payment of the booking fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
