Health & Safety
Royal Rivers Makeup considers the health and safety of our customers and staff as our highest priority and must be advised if any of the following applies to you;

If you have suffered flu-like symptoms in the 14 days prior to your appointment

If you or anyone in your household has had close contact with anyone known to have been infected with COVID-19

If you or anyone in your household has been in an area declared to be a hotspot in the 14 days prior to your appointment
Cancellation Policy
Royal Rivers Makeup understands that in these difficult times plans can change due to circumstances beyond our control.
We always attempt to support our clients and Royal Rivers Makeup has implemented the following policies for any bookings that are affected by the pandemic;

If government policy restricts Royal Rivers Makeup from proceeding with the appointment the client will have a choice of either;

Re-scheduling of the appointment to an alternate date/time within 6 months of original appointment date (no fees associated with rescheduling)

The client may request a refund of booking fee paid ($10.00 admin processing fee will apply)

If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions but government policy does not restrict Royal Rivers Makeup from proceeding with the appointment then the client may choose either;

Re-scheduling of the appointment to an alternate date/time within 6 months of original appointment date (no fees associated with rescheduling)

The client may request a refund of 50% of the booking fee paid
